• Hello, my name is Jenae Cartwright, and I'm the owner of Cake and Crumble Bakery in Seattle, Washington. I've grown my wedding cake business from scratch and now tout luxury wedding cakes, both locally and abroad.
• What topic/trend does this session cover and why is it important?
• In our session, we're going to be tackling the beast that is the ever changing wedding cake trend cycle. Keeping up with the new trends can be daunting, but we're going to dig into the psychology of how to mentally stay above water, keep our creative juices flowing so that we can win the war on cake trends. And then we'll drool over what the top latest trends are so that you can go back to your work excited to tackle some of them for your own portfolios.
