• Hi, my name is Shiri Reuveni-Ullrich. I am from Rising Above Bakery located in Nyack, New York. We are a nonprofit bakery that employs individuals with special needs as equal members of our baking team.
• What topic or trend does this session cover, and why is it important?
• Hi. When I tell you, why won't you hire an individual with special needs? What comes to your mind? Is it a positive thought? Is it a negative thought? Do you think I will never do something like this? Do you think, oh, that will be a great idea? Well, in our session, we will tell you why hiring individual with special needs as part of your baking team will probably make the best decision you will do you will make this year. We will tell you why. It will help you create inclusive and equitable work workspace, how you will leave your mark on young people's lives and make a difference in their lives, how your community will be proud of you and will be will want to come and be part of what you are creating. Come join us to learn how hiring special needs individuals with special needs will definitely change your workforce.

• Hi, when you come to our session, we will provide you with a brand new hiring option that most of us don't even think about. We will teach you and give you the tools how to identify the good, the great candidates for your bakery among individual with special needs. We'll also give you the tools to help support them and tell you what they need for um suc succeeding in your. Bakery, but also what it will do to your bakery. We see it as a win-win situation where both employees and the bakery will benefit from such hiring. We'll give you all the tools that you need.
