• The workshop that I'm going to be teaching is training and development, a recipe for success, and what that really is about is how do you determine what's important: What do you talk about? How do you train? How do you track this? Because you know, like you can't take feelings to the bank, you have to be able to provide feedback for the folks who work for you.
• What topic or trend does this session cover, and why is it important?
• We'll be discussing onboarding, training, development, and expectations. Our teams are our most valuable asset, and what we put in is what we get out. So this will really help you be able to develop a strong, solid team.
• What will attendees learn from this session?
• Things that we're going to do in this workshop, it's going to be very interactive. We're going to write some training recipes. We're going to learn how to train, whatever it is. We're going to decide what are those important things in your business to train, how do you want to standardize it, and then create a training matrix.
