- During this training session, the attendees will learn the basics about prehydration. We're gonna show a few examples of the equipment available on the market and where predation can be applicable within the dough processing. Also, we're gonna show a few hidden features of prehydration units such as temperature control and hydration increasing, and also how prehydration can reduce matching time.
